No Tax Compromise exists to help property owners, investors, and advisors understand and apply real estate depreciation strategies correctly under U.S. tax law.

We focus on advanced depreciation topics, including cost segregation, MACRS recovery periods, Section 1245 and Section 1250 property, bonus depreciation phase-out planning, and timing strategies. Michael R. Feldman

A core part of our work is education. All research, articles, calculators, and guides published on NoTaxCompromise.com are authored and reviewed by Michael R. Feldman, a Cost Segregation and Real Estate Depreciation Analyst with both technical and real-world property experience.

Before moving into cost segregation education, Michael spent more than a decade as a residential and commercial real estate broker in Los Angeles. During that time, he worked directly with acquisitions, renovations, and long-term ownership decisions, giving him firsthand insight into how depreciation, capital improvements, and tax planning affect property economics over time.

We do not replace your CPA or advisor. Our role is to provide accurate analysis, structured education, and supporting tools that integrate cleanly into existing tax workflows.

We believe clarity and compliance matter. If a strategy makes sense, we explain why. If it doesn't, we explain that too.
